- How much does a website typically cost? Every website differs in its requirements and specifications thus demanding a custom solution. No two web sites we design are the same. Many factors play a role in determining your investment. Factors such as, the amount of pages, if you are selling products, the animation and graphic needs, user interactivity, logo design and maintenance, all matter. By filling out the quote request form, we can get right to it and supply you with a quote.
- How long does it take to design a website? The timeframe depends on how complex your project is, the amount of revisions required before going live and our current client schedule.
- My web site looks really bad. Can you improve it? Our job is to make you look great on the web. If you don’t look good, neither do we. Yes, we can definitely discuss the revamping of your site and make recommendations to ensure that your website looks great and reflects the professionalism of your organization.
- Do I really need to re-design my website? You know what, I get asked that questions all the time. Why not? It is an important one, and to answer that I have written a short article for your reading pleasure. A quick note. If you have had your current design for longer than 2-3 years, then yes it is time for a complete site overhaul.
- Does the way my website look, really matter? Umm YESSSS! You are putting your organization’s name out there for the world to see. The way you present your products and information is very important. Remember that first impressions matter the most. With the short attention span web surfers have these days, one glance is all they need to judge your complete web site. But you have some great products and information for them! They don’t know that. You didn’t do a good enough job grabbing their attention. That is why we stress so much on the look and feel and overall functionality of the site. Your home page has to sell them by presenting the most important information in an organized way. Most web sites our there don’t do this very well and we are here to help you change that.
- What is the process of web design? The process is fairly simple. To illustrate this, we have created a web design process diagram to help you better understand it.
- Are you guys for real? Yes, we are. We guarantee you that we are human and you can contact us and get a personal reply back. We are here to stay and aren’t going anywhere anytime soon.
- Do you provide hosting and domain name registration? We are primarily a web design firm and focus all our energy and efforts into designing and developing web sites. We currently host with 1and1 and have found their service to be superb. We in no way are affiliated with them, we just like their hosting plan.
- How long have you been in business? We have been in business for 6 years and have grown in creativity and innovation ever since. Initially the business was a one-man band and has today grown into a full-staffed design firm. We have worked hard to establish such an entity and we invite you to come benefit from it.

- Are you guys really for real? YESSS! We really are for real and we hope you are too. Really!
- I would like to sell my products online. Can you help me? Sure. Our custom e-commerce solutions are a great way to sell your products online. - What if I don’t like your design? We can respect that. We admit that we aren’t mind readers, but if you don’t like our design we will create another one and make any changes necessary until you do like it. Our job is to make great designs, and we hope to please you with our creativity.
- Once the web site is completed, how can I update it myself? Iman Studios can implement a customized Back-End Office that puts, you, the customer in the driver’s seat. With an easy to use control panel, you will have complete control over your web site’s content and images within all of its sections. You can edit, modify, delete and add content and images as you please. You don’t need to hire expensive webmasters or stress out trying to figure out the technical mumbo jumbo behind your website. - Can I talk to someone over the phone about my project? Of course you can. Please email us so we can set up a conference call to speak with each other over the phone. Due to the massive amount of spammers on the web, we don’t list our phone number on the website.
- What do you need from me to get started on the web site design? Any content, logos, images and product pictures you would like displayed on website, would be nice to have. We would also need your input and approvals on designs completed and any modifications you need made to the design before going into development.

- Do you give any discounts? One thing we have learned is to give back to our community. The same community that has helped and supported us by giving us their business. We discount our rates for all non-profit organizations. We understand that a non-profit organization is formed to better the community and we want to be part of that effort.
