We know that the web design process between the client and the designer can sometimes be confusing. To avoid all that confusions we have illustrated the main parts of the process below. These are the phases your project is scheduled to go through. Anytime you want to know how far along we are, just ask us and we will point to one of the following steps. We try to make the web design process as seamless as possible. We are there with you from concept to completion.

Get in touch with us by filling out the quote request form. By sending us your project requirements we get a better idea of what your needs are and can therefore formulate a quote. We will then discuss your project details with you over the phone or by email and make recommendations.

Once we have ironed out all the details and requirements of your site, we can then prepare a detailed proposal for the design and development of your website. After our agreement, we will go ahead and provide you with a contract for our services for you to date and sign, so we can get started on the design phase

At this point your web site acquires its look and feel with the creation of the home and interior page designs. A creative color scheme is also implemented to show how your website will look once it goes live. After seeking your approval on it, we make any necessary adjustments and modifications before moving on to the development phase of the website.

At this stage all content and images are collected and prepared for implementation into the overall design structure. Now the development of all pages, flash elements, back-end programming and content placement takes place. We keep you in the loop of things with every page being developed. Throughout the development, we provide you with a link to a test server where your site can be viewed.

After the complete development has taken place we give you the opportunity to go through the site and make any minor last minute changes or touch-ups. All pages are now tested for browser compatibility and the final touches are placed on the site. FTP information is acquired and all necessary files and folders are uploaded to the client server. Your site is now LIVE! Congratulations.
